Every year we take a fresh approach: Where is the journey going? New food trends determine new destinations. Based on that, we organize theme tours for individual professionals in the gastronomy and retail sector. The group size is a maximum of 20 people, minimum eight people.
Decision makers often say after their first food trend tour: “This is exactly the right thing for my team!” Instead of brainstorming behind closed doors, it is about bringing a breath of fresh air into the minds and group dynamics of the team to accomplish a new basis for better sales. We organize the whole tour on the spot – according to your wishes. You do not need to worry about anything. Giving you peace of mind to be able to discover new ideas. The group size is subject to a minimum of 10-12 persons, depending on the tour destination, topic and the company participating.
Tour example for two days
From our centrally located hotel, we start our exploratory food journey through the food and service industry of our destination:
We meet around 10.00 am in the hotel lobby. After check-in, we give a quick theoretical overview of the gastronomy scene of the respective city. Then our food marathon continues on foot. You should not have had breakfast in advance and above all be fit. If we do not meet the length of a marathon, we are close in a culinary way. We show you about 10-15 concepts per day, in different districts or locations – almost unexceptionally accompanied with a tasting. By arrangement we will have a break before dinner in the hotel. In the evening – after many miles and many impressions – we have a drink (or two) and a good conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.
Meeting point Lobby, 9.00 am – without breakfast, as this is already part of the tour! Our goal is to present as many concepts as possible on day 2, which finishes earlier. We end the event in time for all participants to catch their flight home comfortably .
The respective prices include:
- Overnight stay in a centrally located hotel (at least three stars)
- a food trend tour booklet with the presented concepts
- non-alcoholic beverages as well as food during the event
- public transport, taxi if necessary
- German / English speaking tour guide
Note: The stations and tastings can be changed to a limited extent at short notice. During the tour, we also try to respond flexibly to participants’ wishes, taking into account weather conditions and group dynamics.
